How to make your own baby food

The safest and perhaps the most satisfying way to ensure your baby gets a natural balanced diet is to make the meals yourself. Don’t feel just because you don’t cook much for yourself you can’t cook for your child, you owe it to your child to be creative and give them a healthy upbringing. For those of us who believe we simply do not have enough time to cook for our babies then think again.Organic baby food Recipes for you baby and toddlers can very easy to make, what’s more with the handy invention of the freezer, you can make several meals I one go. This can therefore be left to the weekends, when you have more time to spare.

For example, you might want to create a simple banana. Grab a fork, peel the banana and mash the banana, this can get messy so use a bowl. It’s really that simple.  Don’t worry about measurements use what you feel is the correct amount, you will soon lean from your baby how much he or she requires. Any left over Baby food can be frozen for future use.
