Houses should be able to absorb heat when needed and block out heat when already warm.

Using a Solar hot water system you can absorb energy from the Sun in order to heat the air and water required around a house.

So what items do you need to install a solar hot water system,

• Solar Collectors

• Hot Water Storage Tank
• Pump
• Heat exchanger and expansion tank

A number of other items are needed such as valves, pipes and fittings; these are all available at any local hardware stores.

Other things to consider are what type of Heat distribution system are you going to implement, also how system are you going to use for circulating hot water.
